	Fine Ales & Food within our traditional Country Pub. The Trotting Mare is situated between the historic village of Overton-on-Dee (near Wrexham), and the Lakeland's of Ellesmere (Shropshire). The grounds are uniquely located on the border joining Wales and England upon the A528.
Originally Constructed in the nineteenth Century, the Trotting Mare is renowned for its individual charm and friendly atmosphere.
