Three stunning barns situated within The Trotting Mare Caravan Park, located between the historic village of Overton-on-Dee (near Wrexham), and the Lakelands of Ellesmere (Shropshire).

One bedroom holiday homes

These lovely one bedroom properties have been thoughtfully and stylishly designed. The open plan living space provides a living area with Smart TV, comfortable reclining sofas and feature lighting for your comfort. The dining area and kitchen provide everything you need for a self-catering stay. Up to the first floor you will find the master bedroom with exposed beams and quality solid wooden furniture. The king-sized bed with comfortable mattress and quality linen is sure to provide you with a great night's sleep. The bedroom extends through to a fabulous en-suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, his and hers heated towel rails and WC.

Open plan living space.
Living area: With Freeview Smart TV.
Dining area.
Kitchen area: With electric cooker, electric hob, fridge, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
First Floor:
Bedroom: With king-size bed, Smart TV and en-suite with bath, walk-in shower, toilet and heated towel rail.

Biomass central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Utility room with tumble dryer and washing machine (shared with other properties on-site). Grounds with (shared with other properties on-site). No smoking. Sorry, no adults under 18 years old. Please note: There are steps in the grounds.

All three holiday barns - Ascot, Bangor and Chester - can all be booked together to accommodate up to 6 guests.

Positioned perfectly on the border between Wales and England, there are a plethora of activities for your enjoyment. Just a short drive will take you to the spectacular mere at Ellesmere where you can take a stroll and feed the birds. The Market towns of Whitchurch, Chirk and Wrexham all just a short drive away for those wanting to explore the historic sites.

Fishing is available on-site. The fish are common carp, carp F1s, ide, perch and roach and all must be returned.
